Zutaten für 6 Portionen Suppengewürz

2 Stange/n Porree
4 Zwiebeln
1 Bund Petersilie
1 Bund Schnittlauch
3 Möhren
1 Sellerie
1 Bund Schnittknoblauch
½ Knolle Knoblauch
1 Bund Kräuter, was der Garten gerade hergibt
n. B. Salz (pro 100 g Gemüse 10 g Salz nehmen)

Zubereitung von Suppengewürz

Einfach alle Kräuter und das Gemüse putzen, grob zerkleinern und im Chopper-Mix weiter zerkleinern. Wenn man es noch feiner wünscht, mit dem Mixstab fein pürieren. Die Zutaten sind beliebig erweiterbar, es können einzelne Komponenten weggelassen oder ausgetauscht werden.
Auf je 100 g der fertigen Mischung je 10 g Salz geben, mischen, in Schraubgläser abfüllen und kühl aufbewahren. Das Salz konserviert für mindestens 12 Monate.
Kann als Gewürz wie fertig gekaufte, gekörnte Brühe verwendet werden.
